Trish Kreft

Trish Kreft is the head of Training 4 People an organisation providing courses, support and consultancy to support adult learners, improve their learning experience and help enhance their job prospects. 

Trish is the ECA project researcher for the Flexi-Path project.

Mark Walton

Mark Walton is the Head of Stronger Communities at the Community Development Foundation. The Stronger Communities team aims to support the development of stronger and more sustainable communities and community sector, and of a skilled and recognised community development workforce.  

From 2006 to 2009 Mark was the Head of the Every Action Counts programme, an innovative partnership between 29 community sector organisations and Defra to engage the voluntary and community sector on the issues of sustainable development.

Walt Crowson

Walt Crowson is the Learning, Skills and Employment Network Co-ordinator for the Learning Skills Employment Network (LSEN), Manchester.  LSEN supports organisations delivering learning, skills and employment support. It offers capacity building support to Third Sector organisations and networking opportunities internally within the sector and externally with public and private sector partners.

Walt is the ECA's North West regional representative.

Hazel CapperHazel Capper is the Leadership & Governance Programme Manager for the Community Sector Coalition
Maureen Milgram Forrest

Maureen Milgram Forrest is the Founding Chair and Co Chair of the LeicestHERday Trust, an organisation formed to give an equal voice to all women and enhance the community at large by enhancing women's life experiences.

Her career has included being Chair of Leicestershire Learning & Skills Council, Project Director for the British Record Industry Trust Performing Arts and Technology School and Special Executive for the Leicester Mercury.

Along with her husband she set up the Milgram Forrest Trust to assist young people gain education and skills for the future.

Dr. Mark FreemanDr. Mark Freeman is a Senior Lecturer in Economic and Social History at the University of Glasgow. He has published widely in the field of modern British social, educational and business history. His most recent book is St Albans: A History (2008). As a Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Historical Research, London, in 2009, he explored in depth the Educational Centres Association archive, and is working on various publications based upon it. He has already published work on the early history of educational centres. His website is http://www.markfreeman.org.uk.
